SHIPPING INFORMATION
Funimation currently ships to the United States and Canada. We are not always able to ship to a PO box or an APO, but we can try to accommodate your request.

If you place an order after 11:45 AM CST, your order will likely not ship until the following business day.

US SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ground Shipping (6-10 days)

*If you have pre-ordered or back-ordered items, there may be a delay in when you receive your complete order. If you wish to receive all of your items as soon as possible and shipped separately, then additional shipping costs WILL be incurred.

Orders less than $50 of product– $5.00 flat shipping

Please note: Some exclusions do apply to the shipping fees noted above. These exclusions include several Funimation.com merchandise items. (i.e. non-home video products) Shipping fees may be greater than what is noted above.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Registered users and guests must be 18 years of age or older to purchase TV-MA and/or R rated content.

TAXES
Individuals with billing addresses in the state of Texas, New York, or in Canada will be charged taxes on the purchase of physical items. The purchase of digital subscriptions and gift cards will not be charged tax.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership to Funimation Subscription Service at any time, and cancellations will be effective at the end of your current subscription term. Funimation reserves the right to terminate your Subscription Service for any or no reason. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED TIME IN SUBSCRIPTION TERMS. In no event shall Funimation be liable for any damages resulting from inability to use the website or service. On rare occasions, if special circumstances arise where Funimation determines it appropriate (e.g., the Funimation Subscription Service is unavailable for days due to technical difficulties) we may provide refunds, discounts, or other consideration in the form of “credits” to the affected subscribers. The amount of credits and the decision to provide them is at Funimation’s sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle anyone to credits in the future under similar circumstances. Nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future under any circumstances. To cancel your subscription, go to your Account and click on Manage Subscription on the sidebar, then click on Cancel Subscription. If you have signed up for a subscription with Paypal, all payment method changes are managed in your Paypal account.

RETURNS POLICY
Damaged, Defective or Mis-shipped Products:
We will be happy to replace the damaged/defective or mis-shipped item or issue a refund.

Please email funimationstore@funimation.com with the Order Number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service Team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.

If you do not submit a return request within 45 days of receipt of shipment, you will not be eligible for a refund or a replacement item.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product. If requesting a refund, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.

Returning Undamaged Products:
Please send an email to funimationstore@funimation.com with the Order Number along with a description of the issue. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Customer Service Team. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.

In order for your return to be approved the item must meet all eligibility criteria below:

  • Must be factory-sealed, in new and undamaged condition
  • Include all original accessories and packaging
  • Must be returned to Funimation within 30 days of receiving your return request approval e-mail (This date can be found on the Order Details page for your order)

Your item is NOT eligible for return if it is:

  • Damaged
  • In used condition
  • A gift card
  • A Funimation Streaming Service subscription
  • Opened software
  • Opened media items (movies, music, and video games)
  • A digital item
  • A free item purchased as part of a promotion

Shipping Undamaged product:
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you from our Customer Service Team. Since the reason for the return is not the result of a Funimation error, the shipping cost plus additional fees will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.

Returning Products with Digital Copy Codes:
A product may be returned if the Digital Copy Code has already been redeemed. The Digital Copy Code associated with the product will be deactivated, and Digital Copy access will be revoked.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us at funimationstore@funimation.com. Keep in mind, if you place an order after 11:45 AM CST, your order will likely ship the following business day. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately so we may cancel the order before it ships. There is no guarantee we’ll be able to cancel the order.
