Sophie McNutt always gets it straightened out as soon as she finds out, but her job is not to work on servers. Her job is to check on forums, and pop in to check out complaints. It is not the servers necessarily being overloaded, that may be true. However, we have never had this problem before and the peak of customers, and active users are probably the same as other high profile shows before....including these shows. It is somebody in that tech department doing something wrong. Trust me, I work on Wide Area Networks. Either a server needed to be replaced, and fudged, or someone doesn’t know what they are doing. Give Sophie time to get this straightened out.
