      1. The cause of this issue is that the Kindle Fire app's, video player SDK can't run on Android 4.4.3, and Fire OS 4.5.5 is a fork of that version of Android.

For now, we've disabled the app on Fire HD 7 (2014) - KFASWI, Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" (2013) - KFAPWA, KFAPWI, and Kindle Fire HDX 7" (2013) - KFTHWA, KFTHWI, until they can be updated beyond 4.5.5.

Until the 3rd Generation Fire HDX is updated to a higher version of Android, you should be able to use the new website, which is coming later this year. It will have a mobile version, which will have the same functionality as the Kindle Fire app.

    4. The text size and placement of the name of the show gets cut off when the name of show is long or the device is in portrait mode.

      1. When the device is in landscape mode on Android, the text is still using the layout for portrait mode. This will be fixed in a later version update.
