Indivisible - FINAL WEEK OF CROWDFUNDING

  • Alright so as some of you may or may not have known already, the creators of the popular indie fighting game Skullgirls, Lab Zero have been working on their next big endeavor when it comes to videogames. Indivisible is a 2D Action/RPG inspired by games such as Valkyria Profile and Super Metroid, while also being its own interesting and unique product. The game has had a very interesting crowdfunding period, where it was even able to get an extended campaign upon receiving 60% of its funding and getting an extended 20 days from the initial deadline. But now, we are down to the final week for the game's campaign. As of the writing of this, the game has 5 days remaining with 82% of it's goal complete. The game needs 1.5 million to be funded otherwise it will not happen. It needs around 250K people, with five days remaining.

So now here's why I think you should definitely check out Indivisible and why it's worth your time.

The game has a PERFECTLY FREE playable proof of concept Prototype of the game, available on Windows/Mac/Linux, as well as on PS4's and Steam platforms to try it out for yourself. Most campaigns just have a video or just a campaign to show. This has a concept and a PROOF of said concept through a prototype.

Hell if you want you can even watch some people on YouTube play said demo too.

This game has a lot of really cool concepts in terms of design and world. Let me pull out a few excerpts from the Indiegogo page (or if you want you can just read the IGG for this):

Indivisible is inspired by classics like Valkyrie Profile and Super Metroid, but with the unique character, world, and gameplay depth Lab Zero is known for, and will feature a stunning soundtrack by legendary Japanese game music composer, Hiroki Kikuta.

This is a fixed funding campaign, which means Indivisible will only happen if we reach our goal. 505 Games has generously agreed to contribute a further $2 million toward its development only if we reach that goal. So for us here at Lab Zero, your contribution counts for more than double!

If funded, Indivisible will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam Windows / Mac / Linux. The final product will support the English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese and Russian languages.

While Indivisible"s thematic core is inspired by Southeast Asian mythology, the game is full of lands and characters inspired by a variety of cultures and myths.

The monsters of Indivisible will draw inspiration from a variety of mythologies, and will get our own unique spin. Of course we will also be creating our own creatures, as well.

So not only that you'll get great animation and some really cool designs and environments to explore and traverse throughout Indivisible. Not only that but the game has a plethora of companions called Incarnations that you'll get throughout the game, many of which have been revealed that you can check out here.

Personal favorite incarnations of mine include:

And that's just a FEW. And that's not even considering all the confirmed other incarnations that will be playable SHOULD and ONLY SHOULD the game be funded:

These include characters from Skullgirls, Shovel Knight, Guaccamelee, Hyper Light Drifter and several other games. All would have playable incarnations!

Not only this, but Lab Zero has been completely upfront and transparent about this entire process, explaining just what is going on and that this game WILL ONLY HAPPEN should the campaign reach its 1.5 million dollar goal. Considering how many other crowdfunding campaigns have been completely dishonest and downright sketchy in their campaigns (looking at YOU Red Ash) this one has been honest and open to the community with their passion.

Also to debunk some misconceptions and doubts, look at these.

This is a fantastic looking game with some wonderful ideas by a group of talented and passionate creators that have actually given MORE than what they had promised in their previous Skullgirls DLC campaign that I hope that everyone will be willing to give them their time and funding to give this game the FINAL PUSH that it deserves to be made. This is a game that deserves to be made, and in a world of crowdfunding campaigns that aren't always the greatest, trust that Lab Zero who have made Skullgirls even BETTER with extra content because of their crowdfunding campaigns and worked their hardest for that will do the same with this impressive and ambitious looking game.

WE NEED 250K NOW IN FIVE DAYS TO MAKE INDIVISIBLE HAPPEN! DONATE AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • $1.4 MILLION REACHED

3 days remain with less than $100,000 till the goal is reached. WE CAN DO IT!
