Technical Support Delay

  • We have resolved the issues that were causing the maintenance errors.

    However, due to the higher than normal support ticket volume over this period, we're still looking at a sizeable technical support delay.

    You can help us keep this delay as small as possible by submitting one ticket per issue and one issue per ticket.

    Please remember that these dates are approximate (some issues will be answered very quickly, others will take a bit longer) and this only refers to requests made of our technical support team.
