Payment Details Invalid
We have received reports that some users are seeing this message on the site while trying to subscribe or change their payment method, despite the fact that their card is valid and can be used for other purchases.
If you are receiving this error, please first try an alternate payment method, if you are capable of doing so. In addition, please be aware that we do not accept debit cards, even the ones with credit card symbols on them, for subscription payment.
If this does not resolve your issue, please make a new ticket with the reason code "Subscription Billing" and a billing team member will be happy to assist you with your subscription!
