Funimation will not respond.



  • Hi there. One of my e-mails and accounts cannot seem to be retrieved and as a result they keep charging my credit card.

    I have sent in numerous e-mails for help to reclaim the account back to no avail.

    I have also just left them a voice mail trying to fix this.

    Is there any other way I can contact them before even more charges are applied? To be fair I've been waiting around 3 weeks for a response.

  • I'm personally not sure what to do, I tried contacting my bank, and etc to stop the payment from being processed as I cannot get on my account, but it still went through.

  • It looks like your ticket ended up in the wrong department. I have rescued it and sent it on it's way, correctly, to billing for a resolution to the issue of charges.

    You should be receiving an e-mail soon from tech support with some more account details that should allow you to regain access to the account. Our billing department is a little behind with the holidays, but will assist you with the monetary part of this issue when they can.
