Used the 14 day trial, am a new customer and never used service before



  • But now it says I'm not eligible for the Black-Friday offer anymore, because I'd already be a subscriber, despite it being just a trial..?

    Also, I was able to select "12 months - holiday special" in payment method, but it never told me what the price and conditions for the holiday special would be..?



  • @starhowl - If you have not already, please make a ticket about this issue here: http://www.funimation.com/support and use the reason code "Subscription Billing" for assistance. I was unable to find a ticket for you under the e-mail address associated with this account, so if you used that e-mail to try to make a ticket, please do so again.
