Thanksgiving Support Delay



  • In order to give our Support Team members time to spend with their family, we will not be offering support hours during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

    This holiday will run from November 27 through November 30th, with two of those days being weekend days where there is typically not support.

    There will, of course, be a delay in support over these days and then a slight delay in support immediately following as our support team handles the accumulated tickets. Once the holiday is over and we can assess ticket volume, I will be posting a ticket time estimate, however aside from the holiday itself, we do not anticipate there being a long delay once the holiday is over.

    Have fun, eat lots of turkey, get some good deals on Black Friday if that's your thing, and stay safe!



  • Just a general update– Billing and Orders support is currently still experiencing a heavy ticket queue. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please do not make additional tickets about your issue.

    Technical Support tickets are back within one business day average response time for all website and mobile issues (some responses will take longer). Xbox will be back down within this range either tomorrow or very early next week. Technical support e-mail response time is still outside the typical 2-3 business day turn around, but I'll let you all know when it's back where we want it to be.
