"Not Available In Your Territory" Error Message - RESOLVED



  • UPDATE (7/16) - We believe we have resolved this issue for all users in a way so that it should not occur.)

    If you are seeing a "Not Available In Your Territory" message when you are attempting to view videos, please read the following information:

    1. If you are currently residing outside of the United States or Canada, you are not seeing this message in error, as we do not have streaming rights in those areas.
    2. Try re-loading the page 2-3 times, as this error can occasionally appear as a page load error.
    3. If you are ONLY seeing this issue on a single show and can view other shows just fine (particularly if you are in Canada), this may be a database issue. Please make a new ticket with a "Video" reason code and let us know what show you are seeing it on.
    4. If you are using a VPN or something that masks or alters your IP, please disable this software and try again. (If you are the primary user of your computer and do not know if you are using a VPN, you are not. :) )

    If none of these apply to you or resolve the issue, please make a new ticket with a "Video" reason code and provide specific confirmation that the information above does not apply to you. "Tried the steps in the forum" will just cause you to be sent this message again.

  • We believe we have resolved this issue for all users at this time. If you are still seeing a Territory message when you attempt to view videos, please submit a ticket.
