    We anticipate a 1-2 day delay in the response time of tickets and e-mails at this time (for a total of 3-4 days average for support). Please do not submit additional tickets for the same issue—your ticket will be answered in the order it was received.

  • This particular delay has been resolved, however there has been another delay at the time of this writing. I am de-stickying this thread as it is no longer current to the situation we are experiencing.
