Customer support for order error
I contacted Funimation using the online form more than a month ago about missing items from my holiday order (presumably due to an incorrectly generated invoice, as the invoice they provided does not match my order details).
I got a form response with my tracking number but no actual resolution for my missing items, and have tried following up three times. Is this typical? Is there anything else I can do?
