I have high speed internet in my home, but I've been having streaming issues on both the ps4 app and my desktop. The problem is not my internet connection because Netflix, Hulu, and Crunchyroll all run smoothly with no issues. And every time contact their customer service team about these buffering problems I receive an automated email that doesn't resolve anything. It boggles my mind that these problems with Funimation's player have not been resolved considering the fact that people are paying monthly for this.
Yup...common issue, has been going on for a long time now...and we're told to still contact via email. -.-
