So, I posted a question yesterday about a general question for shipping. However, today I looked at my order and it was no longer processing.Despite that, it now says “reauthorization failed”. What does this mean? Sorry for asking so much, I just have no idea. This is quite different from the sites I usually purchase from. :)
It probably has something to do with your payment method. Your best bet to get the resolution process started is probably to go here
Scroll down to the drop down menu which says "Reason for Contacting us" and choose "Status Inquiry" under "Shop & Orders". Then Fill out your name and in the description give them your order number and a description of the problem you are having with the order.
