Roku app issues ARE NOT the same as website issues. Is this known?
When the issues on the Roku App happen, are the problems taken into account that the apps are NOT at ALL like the apps online and they do NOT get fixed the same ways? The Roku apps STILL do not have a correct way to turn off and on subtitles and language tracks like the website do, leaving most Roku users left to resort to other means to view Funimation anime and media. This NEEDS to be fixed. PLEASE address this issue ASAHP.

Yes, it is a known issue.
This is because Roku does not support separate tracks. It's an all or nothing deal. We currently have a bug in for this, so that both closed captions and soft subtitles will follow the system setting. Please see the Roku Status thread.
