Question about a recent purchase
So, I just ordered the Dragon Ball Z 1-9 blu ray bundle, but only ended up getting 5 out of the 9 of them.
They only sent out one box, so I'm assuming there isn't another one coming in.
Does anybody know the best way to contact, or who to contact to make sure I get this sorted out?
I'd rather not be out 4 items over a silly mistake.

Send a help ticket and include your order number, and just explain what happened. I don't think this is out of the ordinary from the Funimation store because a similar thing happened to me recently too. Seems like if they are out of stock (though it may not be listed as such on the website) they will ship half of your order, and then the remaining items when they are back in. Probably an oversight during sales and with popular new titles.
