I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this or not. I've never done this before.
But I ordered the One Piece films that are being released on May 2nd. Under my orders it says "Reauthorization Failed." And I'm not sure what that means. But I'm worried I'm not going to get my items by Tuesday. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Thanks in advance!

@atimm2 I'm having the same problem, were you able to solve the issue or get a response from Funimation yet?
when i had recently ordered a DVD, it looks like they put through two authorizations (according to my Credit Union) which aced me out of double the funds. when support got back to me, they explained that it was not two charges, just a temporary hold. My contention still remains though, it should have just been one  authorization... anyway, hopefully when my subscription is set to auto-renew, it will go off without a hitch.
@SolHerald I am also having the same issue? What steps did everyone take to fix it?
Also having this issue. Ordered the Lodoss War Set using PayPal, now... its preauthorized on PayPal's end. However under my order invoice it says reauthorization failed.
