Funimation cancelled account without reason

  • Has anyone else's account get cancelled for no reason? I paid for a year subscription starting March 4th of this year and on Friday (3/31) I logged on to find that I had been downgraded to free user status. I contacted support mutliple times and have yet to hear from them. Is there any other way to contact Funimation because I'm starting to get frustrated that I spent $60 on a service I can't even use.

    (Update 4/6): Just got an email from support and they say they are working on my problem

    (Update 4/14): It has now been 2 weeks since the problem first occurred, and it has still yet to be fixed. I have not heard from Funimation since their initial response on 4/6 even though I have emailed them multiple times.
