No response From Funimation support yet. Video Player Issue.
Hi, I contacted Funimation about the following issue, and I have not heard back from them within a week. When I play a video in the webplayer, then refresh the page, where it resumes where I left off, I can't rewind the video all the way to the beginning. The only way to do it is to go all the way to the end of the video, and then refresh the page. Its been ongoing, and has happened on all platforms, even on a brand new Windows 10 computer. This is an issue for all titles with the new Funimation web player on the website. I am streaming the Video from Brookline, Ma. Support # is ref:_00D15N3ZQ._50015Yiyfz:ref.
