I love u funi but u are a pain in the ass
I have nothing but problems with video players, the UI is troublesome to navigate, and I have an out standing ticket for weeks with only a response of something along the lines of thanks someone within funimation will contact you with support, and yet nothing.
Sorry for the rant just frustrated
you're not alone, believe it or not, a ticket i almost forgot about boomeranged, and actually heard from a person NOT the generic. it'll be like standard wait times of 3-4 days now have been upgraded to a month - - lucky us ;-)
