streaming/ video problem
Hello Sir or Madam,
As a person who bought my membership to watch anime; Sense the update with the merger crunchy-roll. The video player seems to be stuck what I assume is in HD (1080P) and if you adjust any of the other setting other than Auto it causes the video to crash.
I was wondering is there any chance that someone could tell use if there someone trying to fix said problem and when it might be fixed?

If you haven't, the relevant people will not be aware of your problem so they will not be able to try and fix it.

@dragonfire53511 here's a quick fix. Go to My Account> Preferences> Video Settings. Its not the best solution for people who can't reach 1080HD or 720HD, select 540 or 320 as a your quality, until then access the video again. Again, this is a troublesome; task for those who has to go back and forward, if you want to switch Video Quality, but its the best to set a default Video Setting.
Since i have a 1080HD monitor, i set it as 1080HD as its default.
