Renewal date not available just one of the poor customer service decisions recently made
I hate that in my account summary I can no longer see the date that my subscription is to renew. I can't help but feel that this is poor customer service. Add to that the new less than user friendly apps and web page and the fact that we now have to agree to cookies so you can share our info I feel that in your goals as a company customer satisfaction is not only not your top goal but I am starting to doubt it is even on the list

Yes, it's a bug. We'll get that fixed. In the meantime, you can request your next bill date by submitting a ticket to www.funimation.com/contact-us. If you have a PlayStation, you should be able to see your next bill date in the Account section.
