I have a premium membership, but none of my devices, funimation app, roku, firefox, or the phone I used to subcribe gives it to me. Anyone else having this problem? I checked my bills and funimation did get my payment and I checked my ios its 10.2 or the latest patch and I uninstalled the funimation app twice on the same phone still no premium membership. I just keep getting start your free trial now or logout.
real shame I cant enjoy what I paid for on ANYthing or even on a web browser
its doing the same with me also it will not let me view my account it goes to a page that says internal error.
I had this problem too when I first tried signing in after the site launched. When I changed my password I was able to use the app/site. I'd try that. If that doesn't work, submit a ticket.

5 days later and no reply. Can't even unsubscribe due to them messing that up as well. gg Funimation, gg.
