The way the Dub rights currently work is that they stay with the show and are part of any negotiation, for example, when Crunchyroll licensed Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood from Aniplex, they also negotiated for the dub through Aniplex, Funimation (who did the dub) have no say in the matter after the dub is produced and done, it stays with the show.
I guess I can agree with you the manga was great, it's nice that they continued the anime a little more by adding the OVAs. Although it's not like everyone can be pleased. Any film, be it show or movie, is bound to deviate even a little from how it was originally written. King of Thorn is a great example. I'm at least glad to see they started a new manga for Tsubasa.
i watched all of them to the last 2 ova's they need to make more because the way it ended seems like there would be more
The series ends on a cliffhanger because clamp is writing tsubasa world chronicle - the sequel - and have only made about 1 manga last I checked, anyway it would still be nice to see the rest of at least the canon arcs on streaming
