@gohan6425 sigh not this again. The movie is canon in the same way that Ao is canon. Its canon in the same way that GT can still be canon. Its really hard to explain how it is canon.
You remember the scene at the end of the movie and how its the exact same scene at the end of the TV series? That's how we know its canon. If Eureka and Renton tried hard enough they could wander into the same universe/dimension as the movie.
DC and Marvel comics both do this as well.
This is all i'm saying here about it.
GT IS NOT CANON! It never was! It was not made by the creator! ANY DBZ FAN WILL TELL YOU THAT! Also The Movie is different to the TV Series. So no it not the same timeline! AO is canon as a squeal to Eureka Seven thge TV Series...
@darthrutsula163 I was Both E7 and E7AO. Both are canon. Everything that happen in E7AO is canon dude. The events of E7AO take place a 10000000 years before E7. But that b/c that when back in time. But I never watch the movie, So I don't get what your getting at...
It's story is a little off beat from the original and the reference jokes about Anime are absolutely priceless IMO. I'm currently on episode 8 of AO after doing a massive binge watching of the original series plus the movie. The movie however was interesting in itself but the only thing new I took from that was the origin of the series name, which they never actually explained in the series.
However, there seems to be soooooooooooooooooooo much missing back story here and I hope some of it gets explained later on. I'm totally hooked!
