Spoilers warning for The Detective Is Already Dead!

After an emotional twist in Episode 2, the official The Detective Is Already Dead Twitter account revealed the “true” version of the anime’s second visual, which was originally released in February.

The update adds the spirit of Siesta, whose heart was revealed to live on inside Nagisa.

Part of the tweet reads, “That’s why I’ll live to be myself,” mirroring Kimihiko’s words to Nagisa at the end of the episode.
