WIT STUDIO (Attack on Titan, Vinland Saga) has a new project, and It. Looks. Beautiful.

The official Twitter account for Vivy -Fluorite Eye’s Song- streamed the first concept trailer on Friday for the upcoming WIT STUDIO anime, titled: “When I Am Given a Name.”

Created by Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, who worked on Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- together, the upcoming series is an anime original, meaning it isn’t based on any existing source material. Umehara is also writing the script.

Described simply with the tagline, “The story of how I, Vivy, will destroy my AI self…,” this high-concept trailer is sure to lead to something special. And, boy, are we excited to see what’s next.
