The wait is almost over! The new, original sci-fi series from Studio Pierrot (Tokyo Ghoul, Naruto), Akudama Drive, kicks off on October 8, right here on Funimation.

But you know we’ve got some new info for you, including the reveal of a STYLISH new key visual, the latest trailer for the series, and opening and ending theme artists. Yes, it’s time to get hyped.

First up is the latest key visual for the series, bursting with stylized color and a solid look at the series’ seven main characters, as well as the English logo. Oh, and is that a cat we see? 👀

Akudama Drive

And there’s the new trailer for Akudama Drive, which takes us through the incredible visuals of this series futuristic setting and previews the intense action we’ll see throughout.

If you were listening, you may have heard a preview of the series’ blissfully chaotic opening theme. The OP will be performed by SPARK!!SOUND!!SHOW!! and is titled “STEAL!!” while the ED will be performed by UraShimaSakataSen and is titled “Ready.”
