Emotions continues to grow in an all-new trailer and key visual for Adachi and Shimamura, a wholesome coming-of-age story headed to Funimation!

The new trailer for the upcoming series from Tezuka Productions (The Quintessential Quintuplets) gives us a look at even more adorable, heartwarming moments between the two lead girls. Skipping class and playing ping-pong? Hanging out on the swings? Adachi resting her head in Shimamura’s lap? So cute!

At the very end of the trailer, it’s revealed that the series will premiere in Japan on October 9. Just over a month away!

And if that wasn’t enough to warm our hearts, the new key visual lifted up the budding relationship to a whole new level.

Adachi and Shimamura float through the pastel-colored sky on a bike, with ping-pong balls everywhere, hinting back to how the two meet.

Stay tuned to Funimation for the latest on the series before it arrives in just a couple of months.
