Z Fighters, are you prepared? Announced earlier this week, Dragon Ball FighterZ is adding some fan-favorite characters to the celebrated fighting game and bringing with them a number of changes to make any fan of the anime very happy!
BANDAI NAMCO released a new trailer for the game, announcing the arrival of Season 3. The trailer spends the first half diving into Ultra Instinct Goku, and how this version of Earth’s mightiest warrior will stack up against the competition. We get a glimpse of every one of Goku’s forms before Ultra Instinct takes the stage.
The second half of the trailer surprises with the reveal of Kefla, a fan-favorite fusion from the Tournament of Power in Dragon Ball Super. With the powers of Saiyans Kale and Caulifla combined, this new playable character is sure to be a stunner.
Kefla is confirmed to arrive on February 28, while pricing and details for Season 3, as well as the release of Ultra Instinct Goku, are still to come.
Also announced were some gameplay changes for Dragon Ball FighterZ, including the addition of Z Assist Select, which will let players choose an assist move for each playable character.
Dragon Ball FighterZ continues to make waves in the fighting game scene, and was also recently announced to be one of the headliner games for EVO 2020, which takes place this summer.
