Princess Jellyfish is available for purchase today. This particular release has sparked a lot of fan frenzy. In case you haven’t heard of this title before, here’s a short synopsis:

Tsukimi and her wallflower friends are hopeless nerds with bizarre hobbies. Their crippling social anxieties keep them from setting foot outside the all-girl apartment complex they inhabit, but a late night jellyfish rescue mission and the arrival of a “Stylish Girl” are about to turn their lives upside down!

If you get a chance, see if you can attend one of the Jellyfish making workshops that we’ll be having at conventions this year. They’re a lot of fun, and you can make your very own Clara plush.

On the digital front, Microsoft will now be running a monthly promotion on anime brands called AnimeHITS. These promotions will last a week in Canada and the U.S. The first of these promotions starts today, and goes through March 6th, but only in Canada! The following titles will be on sale through the ZUNE Marketplace and Xbox in Canada:

  • Fairy Tail Part 1 $14.99 SD/ $19.99 HD
  • Fairy Tail Part 2 $14.99 SD/ $19.99 HD
  • B Gata H Kei $14.99 SD/ $19.99 HD

Also available today on Sony Video Unlimited and Microsoft ZUNE, we have Dragon Ball Z Season 9 with episode 254 FREE until 3/27. If you happen to be on Xbox later today, you’ll see Dragon Ball Z Season 9 featured on Xbox’s “What to Watch” on the Xbox Live Dashboard. Pretty nifty.
