Come here to discuss the movies since the only real talk of them has been about wanting Funi to obtain them.
They both felt kind of rushed to me but I think the first one could have served as a nice little filler arc case, it could have been fleshed out a lot better in about 3 or 4 episodes than it was in half an hour.
The second movie I think did well for an anime series movie. It had kept everything faithful to the series and managed to bring about new things with it, it was kind of weird to see Kuwabara on the winning side of a fight especially when everyone lost when trying to protect the shrines.
The movie is definitely good (the second one), it was nice to see a full-length series film since most of the films for shows back then always seemed to be short ones like the DBZ films. I would have preferred the movie a lot more with the FUNi cast in the dub, but either way, it was a really good film.
As for the first film, I'm not so fond of it. It was kind-of cool but it didn't seem to have a lot going on in it.

I've only seen poltergeist report, and I only like Lanipator's version of it (haven't seen the original yet)
The Yu Yu Hakusho the Movie: Poltergeist Report being re-dubbed and re-release on both DVD and Blu-Ray it has to be done! It will be done better if and later for FUNimation to re-dubbed and re-release it on both DVD and Blu-Ray of Yu Yu Hakusho the Movie: Poltergeist Report here. With the original English voice actors that did the series and five newer ones; for it was the old company's fault to make this old one as a joke not the voice actors but still that's why I made this fan page to make it done also to spread the word to them to let it happen.
