I really do hope they decide to make another season. Witchblade is the only anime i have ever liked. Found it one day while on netflix. Anyways really hoping they do make another season.
My question is why would they. Yes it was very succesful and it would be awesome if they released a new season or epilouge episode even but they don't need to. They ended the series without any cliffhangers in my mind. The witchblade was destroyed with masanea(spellcheck?) so the only thing they remotely need to answer would be how the girl and father advance from there. (watched it several months ago, can't remember)
I'm not one for anime. But Witchblade is one that i actually got myself caught up on hardcore. I sat and watched the whole series in 1 day. I couldn't get myself away from it. To me it leaves a lot to be explained. Where does it go from there? Does Rihoko become the next Witchblade eventually?
well like some1 said earlier the witchblade as a self preservation feature so it cant be destroyed.

whats her name is not dead, the show ends with her fading away into a bright light. it could just be that she purified or cleansed or[insert what you want here] the blade and it would not kill her.
I, along with most of you, want to know what happens next. there is still a lot to be answered in the series. what happens to the people she lived with, what happens to all the other x cons and i weapons? what if there where more then one witch blade? what happens to the NSWF?(always get NSWF confused with NSFW ) what about her daughter and her dad? they could add another season to the series and there are plenty of ideas to make it amazing its mainly if they want to. which i beg and plead that they do.
this anime is by far one of the best i have ever seen, ranking with vandread and trigun for me.
