I also hope they slow down with the pacing with the "Puffer Whale" arc.

I actually hope this is done a bit quickly as it was my least favorite portion so far... Not to mention it takes all of volume 2 up just to get to the things. So, yeah not my favorite part aside from the road to it.

Looks like the Puffer Whale arc will be around 3 episodes.

Episode 3 was excellent. I really liked Coco, and his abilities. Zongeh was hilarious, and I don't see him as anything more than comic relief.

Ok, so episode 3, great job with a cliff hanger! yell What was the point? They once again just swooped past some great parts for no reason, maybe the one thing with insect was little gory but still, as far as I'm concerned the next three episodes will be uninteresting. I hate to be a downer, just not my favorite part aside from the lead up like I said, and I feel they're really ruining that.

Same with in the manga which did it slightly better. I was disappointed they took out some of his best moment against the centipedes, but oh well.

Toei is gonna have their hands full when they get to the Ice Hell arc, because Toriko's fight with Tommyrod is very gruesome. They're either going to show all those things, or their gonna have to be the creative in editing all the serious injuries (trying not to spoil anything). I also hope they slow down with the pacing with the "Puffer Whale" arc.

This so much. I was reading through that arc just the other day in a massive catch-up session and I was quite amazed at how much gore was in the Ice Hell arc. I hope they fix it up soon!

As for my interest in the series, it is quite substantial. However, I feel that there is some unnecessary exaggeration in the manga that I hope is trimmed down a bit in the anime, especially in arcs such as Ice Hell and Sky Garden.

Episode 4 was awesome. I really liked the fight between the Devil Serpent and Toriko/Coco. I think Coco is awesome since he can create antibodies of any poison he encounters. It's interesting that there were more than one Devil Serpent in that cave. Next week's episode will be awesome.

I saw the first episode a couple of days ago. I really liked what I've saw. Can't wait to see the other episodes.

Episode 6 was fun.

Spoiler: Highlight to view
I really enjoyed seeing the #1 Biotope, and its contents. Mansom was awesome to see as well. The battle arena was cool, and I loved how Toriko jumped into the battle just to potentially fight the female Battle Wolf.

I, for one, enjoy this series. There's nothing abnormally special about it but the idea of a world like that is vaccinating to me. And I totally wished I lived there.

This last episode though... I loved it.
I'm glad FUNi picked this up, otherwise I might not have ever watched it.
At first I thought it was nuts of them to pick up too because it looked silly to me.
Not the first time I've been wrong about an Anime. XD
