There's so many CLAMP titles. I wish I could take a month off from life and read and watch everything. Though I don't think that would be enough time.
My favorite is Magic Knight Rayearth. I love the RPG feel to it and adore the characters.
Second favorite is Card Captor Sakura. Sakura is awesome and I like her relationship with Tomoyo. I like the development the series has even though the episodes are monster(card)-of-the-day like.
CLAMP School Detectives is one of the most adorable shows ever. If you like Ouran HSHC, you have to check out this show.
Snow Goddess Tales is amazing and beautiful. It's a very quick read, only one volume, so check that out if you haven't yet.
I recently started watching and reading Kobato and I enjoy it so far. I can't wait to see where the story goes.

I love X, especially sthe TV series as it's the only complete telling of the story!
I love Card Captor Sakura to bits and pieces, and feel really privieldged that I own some original production animation cels from the series. In fact I also have cels from Clamp School, and Magic Knight Rayearth. And then pre-production cels of Subaru and Seishiro for the X movie.
But a couple of my favorite CLAMP series haven't been animated (outside of music videos), and those are Suki Dakara Suki, and Wish.
I wish Clover wasn't on indefinite hiatus, that series had such promise.

I'm going to go with Tsubasa seeing as it's the only CLAMP title I've read. I did like the "X" anime series, though.
Angelic Layer is far and above my favorite. It was one of the first series I ever saw, the characters were fun, the story was cute, and that's totally a game I want to play.
I've really liked Tsubasa as well, though.

For me, I think the X TV Anime series was my favorite. Then it would be Tsubasa and then xxxHolic. I have only seen those series, though.

I have seen a lot of CLAMP titles... and still need to see more, but my favorites are going to have to be split into two groups.
Favorite Anime:
1st - Cardcaptor Sakura
2nd - Angelic Layer
3rd - xxxHolic
As for manga, well it's hard to say, since CLAMP has radically changed their style, or rather have re-invented their own style several times. The most notable work being Clover which was like a Rorschach test in manga form.

Every CLAMP title that I've come across is simply amazing, but my personal favorite has to be Tokyo Babylon. It's so heart wrenching and tragic but at the same time so sweet. The OVAs were okay, but the manga is amazing. And Cardcaptor Sakura will always be a favorite of mine. It was one of the first anime I watched and I never get sick of re-reading the manga.
For me, I think the X TV Anime series and Chobits were my favorite shows. There might be others, but I can't remember them all.
