You guys should have alts for the shows that are censored and leave them uncensored for subscribers. It's really annoying to see black and white lines blocking half the screen during any nudity or gorey fight scenes. We're paying costumers so we should atleast have a option to watch the shows we like uncensored as their creators intended.

While I kind of agree with you, I'm pretty sure the producers censor the tv cuts (what Funi and other licensors get) and if you buy the bluray/dvd sets you'll get the uncensored versions. Even though subscribers pay to watch anime on sites like Funimation, the uncensored versions are kind of like a marketing technique for the physical copies of the shows, so people can still have SOME reason they would want to buy the bluray/dvd version if they'd rather just watch it online.
Depending on the show, there are uncut versions in the Elite service. For example, the latest FUNi newsletter advertises uncut Rosario+Vampire and Sekerei (both seasons of each).

Besides that your not even a paying customer so why are you complaining. FUNimation offers these great shows for us for free and your here complaing that theirs a couple of black lines. Common man suck it up and enjoy what they have to offer for FREE.

Will I somewhat agree you have ot consider the fact of that you never know when some is watching a show say with their kid or something and the show itself can be ok with some nudity or whatnot that someone underage doesn't need to see. So while the sencoring can be a bit bothersome. Save the good stuff for when you have your own copy to enjoy at home.

I have VERY mixed feelings about the idea, so these are just my perspective, if the nakedness is artistic or romantic, it might be heartwarming, but with the perverted kind, I would never watch. As for gore,the censor option may be good, one never knows if any of the above gore and nudity triggers a real world PTSD episode or not.

Funimation may not get streaming rights for uncensored versions of certain shows. It is not up to Funimation. Uncut content is a big selling point for physical releases, which is where the Japanese companies(and Funi as well) make the most money.
