I made a new dragon ball z character and i drew it up and added the name.His transformations go up to super saiyan 7. I know it doesn't exist but it seems like it would be really cool.My idea is that the z fighters challenge him and he agrees so he can test his power as a good guy and eventually he becomes a z fighter because they are really strong.(mainly Goku).

Wow, just..woo. Ahh, OK i'm guessing your a fairly young fan, what probably 12-14 area, so in going to be as nice as I can about this.
1. Funimation DOES NOT make anime, they mearly distrubute series they acquire from Japan
2. Dragonball as a whole has been over for more then a decade now, the only new content we've gotten is the OVA back in 08 which had been made to celeberate SJ's upcoming 40th, and of courser DBZ Kai wich was just a re-packeged version of the origional to get today's kids into it.
3. Fan characters are great for places like Deviant art or the fan works section, but ahh...yeah..ahh...your not gonna get a fan i dea in a show, let alone one thats been over for quite some time, sorry.
