Couple of observations:

1. There needs to be some kind of "Search" function in the members section, to help us search for a particular member by name.

2. Not sure how the "Recommend" button at the top is suppose to work, but I assume it is meant to write a message to another member telling them to check out some other member's profile. Kind of hard to do if there is no way to search for names. Another good place to create a search function - you can break it up by first letters, then the list of members in the database beginning with that letter.
