It would be useful to be able to filter the member list to see only admin/moderators - bonus points if you can see who is online at the moment.
On a similar vein, I think that the list of names on the About Us page should link to the person's profile on the site itself.
I agree with this, it would be easier to find the people you want to find.

I can add links to the profiles on the Contact Us page. That's an easy, quick fix.
You want a role filter with an online now filter? For example, you would be able to see all moderators online at the moment. I think we can do that.
Right now, you can only see who is online.
