Comparing with Competitors

I'm looking around to see what's new with the competition for anime online. mainly looking into simulcast.
So far I'm still using Crunchyroll, if the same series is offered on Hulu, I would pick Hulu over Crunchyroll, EG Tiger & Bunny.

It's mainly a very small detail, full screen. Autoplay feature was a nice additional, but Crunchyroll is still missing the remain in full screen feature where hulu added in awhile back. It's a bit of an annoyance to have to hit full-screen button every time when it plays a new episode.

Additionally, what was key for membership for both of those providers was access on other devices rather than just PC; mobile phones, ipad, google tv, and so on. I don't think Funimation provides that service, unless if I'm missing it somewhere. There is a Funimation app on the android market for $1.99, but I don't think that was produced by Funimation, also seems to have poor reviews on videos not working.

Re: Comparing with Competitors

Lets also not forget theanimenetwork video player. It seems to work well. Also Crunchyroll palyer never stops and starts in the middle of play back due to loads on the server.

I love anime and would love to support it. I think most people would want it to work well if there going to pay for the service.

So best of luck getting more servers and more memory for the demand.
