Hey guys, the new site looks great. I have a couple of suggestions to make regarding videos, although I don't know whether they can actually be implemented since it seems the vids stream via Hulu, and I'm not sure how that works or if you guys have any control over it. Anyway, thought these two items would be worth noting:
I was hoping that entering my birthdate on the profile would enable me to bypass those pesky age verification requests on MA-rated videos. I've been watching Hetalia and it gets pretty tedious entering my birthday every five minutes.
It would also be awesome if the video player would autoplay to the next episode of whatever series you're watching instead of going to something random. Either that, or it would be cool if there was a "Play All" feature that would start playing the series from episode one (either subbed or dubbed) and continue on its own. (Again, watching Hetalia, tedious having to look through the pages of vids every five minutes to find the next episode, especially starting from the beginning.)
Just some ideas to benefit lazy folk like myself. :bigsmile:
Thanks for the suggestions. The Hulu videos are embedded, so we can't affect the age verification, at least for now. However, if you're watching TV-MA rated videos on the FUNimation video player, you won't have to verify your age since it's already in your profile.
If you have more suggestions, let us know. I love the marathon/playlist feature.
The only problem i have had with the age verification, is when i made my profile i did not see the third tab labeled "Personal Info", so i did not know how to submit my age until i went back and looked everything over carefully. My 1 suggestion is to move the age submission to the tab labeled "Edit Profile" instead of having the age by itself.
