How many chapters has the TV anime series adapted from?

Now, there are a total of 60 chapters in the manga (12 volumes = 5 per volumes) and given that it ended before the adaptation began, the series may or may not have adapted all of the 60 chapters so if not all chapters have been adapted, then it could have a second season for the fall 2013 season.

The anime is based on most of the manga its just the ending thats different, the anime has a sad ending while the manga finished with a happy ending just read the last 20 pages of the last chapter

Actually the ending isn't sad but to understand it you need to have read the manga.

I say this because in the manga it shows everyone alive and happy and Yuno actually sane. And due to Yuno using a hammer to break a wall in the "god's chamber," causes the reality of God Yuki from world 2 being able to cross into the world 3(the good one). Well in the anime after the ending theme is done you see his phone change the future once again and it says "Yuno came to see me" meaning that it still has the basic ending as the manga.

@raven199: I've never read the manga but I knew it was a different ending. I'm curious to see that I'm underatanding you right.

So in the manga, Yuki(from world 2) is able to cross over into world 3 without causing any adverse effects and be with Yuno?
