If everyone seen the Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki OVAs, then you will notice the baby where Z is turned in to. Could this been Kenshi? Also, in the wikipedia, Kenshi get light-wings and there are a couple episode where he lives his past.
As far as we know, Kenshi has no bearing to Z. As to Kenshi's LHW, someone sent me info from Kajishima-sensei, stating that Kenshi didn't generate it himself, but due to the compressed matter in the sword he created. I need to find that info and source it.
Was only a dvd away from owning it all and now I will be a dvd and a series.....i do not know whether to be happy or enraged. Time for a marathon then.
i just watched the third OVA and like a bored cat to a laser pointer kept on thinking i was gonna get that little ray of joy i got from the first two; instead i suffered through the entire disjointed, useless character filled, kubrick space baby, kafkaesque nightmare of a show that i loved and got me into anime as a child. Please tell me GXP won't turn on me like a broke crackhead?

GXP wasn't as bad, but I thought it still sucked. Seina Yamada's whole "bad luck" thing seems like some stupid excuse to get his harem together (you'll understand in the first few eps). Everyone's pretty useless in the show, but the protagonist is the most useless, in my opinion. No real plot.
On the other hand, I think War on Geminar is miles better than those two. Kenshi is a BAMF and a nice guy who just wants to get back home. I can't wait for the English version.
I enjoyed the show. There are refences periodically to Tenchi ; but the series is fun on its own.
