with Japanese and English voice actors for OVA eps 1-13 when I rented an OVA VHS tape with 1 or 2 episodes. Here's hoping that FUNimation can have it on their re-release or can make a higher quality version of it available on their website.
Glad to see people are still watching the video I uploaded. You'll have to forgive the quality I did rip it from my old VHS tapes after all. If I could have gotten it in better quality I would have.

I can't remember the exact reason, but I think Petrea Burchard was either not available, or uninterested in reprising her role, both of which seems odd, given the blurb about the show on her website.
