Seina leaves the girls behind to help out at his parents' store and heads off into the hills on his bike with Fuku to search out the elusive Washu, mother and creator of Fuku. But Seina meets up with more than just Washu as he gets reacquainted with old friends like Tenchi, Ryoko, Ayeka, and many more. But Seina's visit is cut short by and emergency call from GXP, and he's rushed away without even getting to eat Tenchi's wonderful cooking. What danger looms on the horizon for Seina and his crew?
