Won't let me update my payment method.
It won't let me update my payment method, all it says is "You don't have any active subscriptions" Help me, please?

It's possible this may have been a hiccup in the system that's been straightened out.
Can you log in again and see if it lets you update your payment method now, please?
It still won't let me.
It's possible that it may have been an issue with your account falling out of sync with our payment systems. We've resynced your account, so please try again and see if you can change your payment method now.
If you're still unable to change your payment method, could you please send an e-mail to so we can do some more in-depth troubleshooting with you? Be sure to reference this forum thread in your e-mail.
