I signed up for the service hoping it would be good. But so far all I get on this site is super slow load times for standard web pages and slow load times for videos.
I have trace routed the ip's that are connected to my machine that are delivering content and they all have sub 100 ms pings with very little loss or jitter.
So what is causing the long load times?
What is causing the video's to not load quickly? I have a 50/20 mb connection, NF streams great, most everything else that I stream works great.
Secondly the filter selections for the videos are terrible. (I guess it would not be to bad if the site loaded faster and the videos did as well.)
Loaded Chrome Shelled Regios There are trailers, intro videos, Subs and Dubs(i understand these so not complaints) I would love to be able to filter by Full videos with dubs and it remember my settings.
last but not least I would not mind paying 10 dollars a month and having no ads, Just a player and episode list, nothing else.
Just some issues that I noticed about this site.
Just an idea when you select a show to play you really need to have 2 flash windows 1 to handle the video playback and 1 to handle all the episodes so that when looking through the episodes you can continue to watch the current episode without the entire page refreshing.

We're actually working on an update to the current site that should encompass most of the things you're talking about here, as well as an increase in site stability and speed.
I don't currently have an ETA for that update, but I can assure you, it's coming.
We're aware that there are currently some pretty major issues with our site. If you have any concerns about your EVS subscription, in light of this, I strongly suggest contacting .
I'm glad this issue was mentioned. I've silently been suffering the same woes as the topic creator here mentions: Slow website loading, website being down/offline, and slow buffering of videos is the main problem for me. Also, sometimes the video window will only partially load, the video player needs work for sure. You guys need to take Netflix for example, NO PROBLEMS FOR ME WHATSOEVER, it always works.
It's not my connection, I can pull 2.5 Megabytes, yes MB, not Megabits download per second. Yes I do run Firefox but Netflix has no trouble with Firefox, so yeah... Not sure where that leaves us.
I will continue to support this site because it has a good selection of anime, but I'm quickly approaching my limits of patience.
If you, or anyone else, are having issues with the site that are making you pull your hair out and lose patience with the whole experience, I strongly suggest contacting with your complaints.
I can only provide basic technical support through this forum, but account concerns can be handled much better through that web address.
Ah, I see. Well, I just submitted a support ticket via the website, hopefully it ends up in the same place. If I don't get resolution using the method I just tried, I will e-mail that address.
Thank you for your response, by the way.
You're welcome! I do what I can.
Haven't I seen this same exact post saying you updated it or something?
I am sure it will be the same after the "update"
I've been hearing about this "update" for about a year now or so and the words "soon" with it as well sooooo... yea.
I just subbed but I haven't been able to watch a video because of timeout issues. I'll log a support ticket but stuff like this will prevent people, me included, from giving you cash to not watch videos.
It's been a few days and no one has replied to my support ticket on the website.
They typically respond to emails within one to two days, but they do not work on the weekends so if you sent it in late friday or on saturday you wont hear anything most likely until monday.
