Hey, I've noticed that the trailer music for the Tenchi releases have been put up on their pages, which is AWESOME, but they're not loading or they're just stalling. So, can anyone at tech support do something about this, cause the files might be corrupt on your guys end, causing a failure to download.
Also, may I suggest changing the names of the music to something more catchy. Something like the tagline used for the new Tenchi releases (Walking Up the Wrong Side of the Galaxy).

What browser are you using? Are you downloading them and then playing them, or are you playing them in your browser?
I was able to get all three clips to play fine in Chrome, but different browsers can handle things differently. Can you describe exactly what's happening when you try to play the music?
When I click to play them in Chrome, they're not downloading or they're just stalling when it starts up. And when I try to download them (using right click, Save As), the files get corrupt and only plays for two seconds.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or trying another browser?
Signature? What signature?
I tried Internet Explorer, but the same thing happened. And I'm hesitant to clear my cache as I might lose some information (like stored passwords).

We still haven't been able to reproduce this issue, so I'm still not sure precisely what's causing it, for you.
If you have the ability to try it either on a different network or with a different computer, or both, I might suggest trying that, or you can use a download manager to download the files and see if that works.
I suppose it's also possible (though I have no way to verify this) that some form of firewall or other protection might be interfering with your ability to download them?
Can you download any music files, or is it just those particular ones you have an issue with? If you can download others, can I get a link to one you don't have trouble downloading, please?
I am also having trouble with a mp3 download link. I've just tried to download "Blood Circus mp3" from your Deadman Wonderland page and was re-routed to Funimation's "requested page not found-keyword search box" page. So I did a site search and found this post. This has nothing to do with my browser/media player.... Funimation is telling me: "Sorry, no content was found at the requested path - it's possible that you've requested this page in error."
