I was wanting to watch episode 22 (dub) of Shakugan no Shana 2, but encountered the problem. No problem, I thought, I'll just try the Roku and see if it is behaving any better. I get to the episodes on the Roku, only to find out there that they currently only go up to episode 21.
I am beginning to feel like Funimation is trolling me.
I agree that the anime available on this site is awesome and it is way worth it for me to pay the subscription fee, but this site seems to have problems on a weekly basis and it gets a little ridiculous
it is not just the videos that all of a sudden stop working altogether, but they also clip and glitch a lot while you are watching them and the site also has a problems where parts of the menus stop working
I think that if funimation could get this website to work even a little bit better it would really help there sales and encourage people to subscribe, but they really just need to do some major work on it
Hey everyone! Sorry for the delay in posting, I was hoping that I'd hear more if I just waited a bit longer, but I haven't, so I wanted to make some kind of a post.
Obviously, I haven't heard of a solution, yet. At this point, I don't really have anything to speculate on, on how long this will take-- I don't want to keep speculating and keep being wrong.
I'll be back as soon as I have some more information for you, but right now, I've got nothing new to report.
most the content is available on Hulu but with commercials which I prefer to skip. Luckily was able to finish my Welcome to the NHK there, I've seen it before but was really into it again.
Hopefully this is fixed before Kingdom is released on Monday
Until then I will watch CR multicast shows and Hulu older anime for my anime fix until the EVS player issue is resolved.
CJ thanks for the updates and trying to inform everyone. That's a lot better than it had been in here.
why not fix the bugs on the test server and turn back the version on the main server you don't migrate it over until it works bug free
Test servers aren't always perfect mirrors of the production servers. This is especially true for web applications, such as streaming video. There are a number of problems (DNS issues, server load issues, etc) that can easily be missed on the test server.
Why they chose Drupal for a commercial site is beyond me (You should have seen SWTOR on launch... they couldn't even keep their site stable for forum use during maintenance days).
As much as I loathe MS products/standards, they probably would have been better off with an ASP.net CMS. Would certainly make file permissions and authentication less of a mess.

roll back your changes
Well even if you didn't have anything new to add I am glad you gave us a update
