We're currently experiencing a site-wide issue with a blank subscription player. We're aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

For right now, please don't report blank subscription player errors here-- I'll let you know as soon as I've received word that the issues have been corrected.

I just want to suggest that everyone who's having problems logging in/watching videos take a moment and write to the Consumerist (http://consumerist.com/) to let them know what's happening here. Since the company refuses to make a statement on their main site about the logging in/watching video problems we need to get the word out there so other people aren't tricked into paying for a service they can't use.

I have am a new member and when I am logged in I cannot watch non-elite videos, I have to log out. When I do try to watch elite member videos the words funimation come up in the middle of the screen but nothing else. This is not a good start for my trail period, I may cancel before the 14 days is up. Anyone have any information about what is going on with my account?

Well, my player is not blank, I get the message "This video is unavailable in your territory". In U.S., IPV6 has no internet connection, so that is not the problem. angry

I would just like to stop and put something positive on here. I know you all are working on this and I can now see that there is progress.. Today I was able to log on and view a few of the episodes that I have been dying to see. This brought back why I pay for this service, and why I enjoy it so much. I did log on with Google chrome so all the "Google doesn't work" posts are wrong. I would like to thank funimation for its effort and I will stay and wait this time out. Thanks again tongue

Well I have finally been able to log in with my account. Still not a single video working. CKEYS123 I wouldn't waste your money if I was you theanimenetwork.com does an excellent job and crunchyroll.com isn't that bad. Both are leaps and bounds better then Funi the only difference is whom the different anime are liscensed to.

Re: Subscription Player black screen in Chrome, IE, and Firefox

I adore the company & what they do. Sadly I've been a masochist sticking with Funi for a year now. Always reading the forums, Looking for every way to fix the player. Hoping it will work fine. Until last months, It was so terrible I couldn't watch anything. And if I was very lucky, I could watching a new series only to have the second third etc episodes displaying the black screen... Along with the week+ days, When I couldn't log in. Started on the 23rd... angry I understand your efforts in trying to fix this, But it's gone from bad to worse.

Star Problems:
Tried all the info - "Subscription Player black screen in Chrome, IE, and Firefox" (Helped some times, Then it stopped working.)
If videos worked, - Freezing, Sound lagging out, Stopping to load too much
Couldn't watch videos - Player black screen
Search for videos - Error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator
Couldn't log in - Week+ (PC or Phone)
Now that I can log - Still having player black screen

Great idea, Return the time lost to the subscribers, For the week+. hmm Let alone there's still the fact of the trouble for all the others months.
Not trying to be rude, Just unhappy with service I want. Tho it doesn't work properly.
Please fix the site. Be nice to have the site running like it should. If not, Guess I need to suck it up & drop it...

Thank you for your time.
